Refund policy

If you believe a product is faulty, please contact customerservice@envirobank.com.au if you purchased online. 

For change of mind, items must be in a saleable condition, unused, and unopened in original packaging. 

If you have received an incorrect item/s or an item was damaged in transit please contact our customer service team directly at customerservice@envirobank.com.au.

Please retain your emailed receipt as proof of purchase should you require a refund, exchange or credit within 45 days.

 

How can I return an item?

Here is what you need to do:

 

  1. Contact customerservice@envirobank.com.au with your Order Number and put in the subject: Return / Order Number XXXX
  2. Customer Service will advise you with the correct return address to return your item.
  3. Package up your return and include your Name and Order Number with your returned item. Envirobank does not cover return postage unless the item is faulty. We recommend you include tracking as we do not take responsibility for items lost in transit. 
  4. Send your parcel back to us and email customerservice@envirobank.com.au with the tracking number. 

 

We will issue you with a refund within 48 hours of receiving the item back to our warehouse.
